The TSA Breaker Plate Assembly is a simple and cost-effective filtration device with one screen cavity. The C-Clamp allows easy screen changes. It is mainly used for low polymer contamination, lab line applications or as protection for a melt pump.

The manual TSM screen changer is a cost-effective and reliable filtration device for extrusion lines. Due to the transmission gear of the TSM-R series with ratchet technology it is possible to do an easy screen change with tight space requirements and minimal effort. The manual screen changers are primarily used for low polymer contamination, for laboratory applications or as protection for a gear pump.

Start-up-, Directional and Throttle Valves TAV, TWV, TDV. Trendelkamp start-up, directional and throttle valves are used wherever melt has to be diverted, separated, combined or throttled. The strand dies of the TK-D series are a downstream equipment from the screen changers and extruders. A rheological optimized flow channel guides the entering homogeneous melt to the nozzle bar. The nozzle holes divide the melt stream into melt strands. The strands are cooled by water or air in a strand cooling trough or on a strand conveyor belt.

The development of the Trendelkamp TK-K classifiers results from the requirements of our customers. The low maintenance design ensures an efficient and safe operation, especially reliable in classifying particle sizes. Due to the increasing demand for uniform particle sizes, classifying is becoming increasingly important. Our classifiers are designed for demanding requirements, high quality standards and increased operational reliability. The translator/linear movement prevents the material from bouncing and ensures that no oversize particles get into the good grain fraction. The classifier drive is frequency-controlled and the speed is user adjustable.

The new generation vacuum degassing units from Trendelkamp are adjustable systems that extract the gas produced during extrusion. The systems can be specifically adapted to the application in order to minimize energy and water consumption. The TK-V degassing systems are equipped with temperature-controlled condensation separator (cooling or heating) and a condensation collecting tank. The liquid-ring-vacuum-pump is supplied with operating liquid from a closed loop water cycle. A compact support cart ensures flexible and easy handling.
