The Triad Series 22D Ball Valve is a direct actuator mounted full port ball valve. The unique seal design of the 22D provides an effective bubble tight seal throughout the entire pressure rating while requiring very little operating torque. The low operating torque and the direct mount feature provides for a very economical electric or pneumatic automated full port ball valve.

The Series 50D Ball Valve is standard in 316 Stainless Steel and has a direct mount stem and mounting pad for ease of automation. It is used by OEMs in water systems, filtrations systems, waste water systems, chemical feed and batch applications, fuel and petrol-chemical production and systems requiring a high quality automatic ball valve.

The Series 66 Ball Valve is standard in 316 Stainless Steel and has a direct mount stem and mounting pad for ease of automation. It is used by OEMs in water systems, filtrations systems, waste water systems, chemical feed and batch applications, fuel and petrol-chemical production and systems requiring a high quality automatic ball valve.

1000 PSI - 1/4″ ~ 2″. Triad’s Stainless Steel 2 Piece Ball Valve is full port, silicone free valves which also come standard with a lever locking device. The special drilling of the valve automatically bleeds the interior of the valve once the valve is closed.

1000 PSI - 1/4″ ~ 4″. Used anywhere a dependable three piece stainless steel ball valve is required. This valve is used almost exclusively by General Motors for their paint process systems. This valve, as with all Triad valves, is produced free of silicones and contaminates, assembled dry without lubricants and suitable for use where process cleanliness is required.

to 1000 PSI - 1/4″ ~ 8″. Triad offers a tremendous value in multi-port 3 way valves & 4 way valves, The utilization of common bolted on ends and four seated design offers the ability to interchange port configurations and allow every port to be an inlet and/or a blocked flow port. This offers tremendous flexibility, a multitude of flow path options and the ability to use various end connections on each port. The valves have direct mount actuator capabilities, live loaded stem seals making them ideally suited for long service life in mixing, blending and diverting applications.

150# & 300# - 2″ ~ 24″. Triad offers the fire safe series ST high performance butterfly valves for use in steam and various process systems. The double offset design of the ST provides prolonged service life of the seal. The high performance valve is available in both carbon steel and stainless steel with other metals offered as special production. ANSI class 150 and 300 are available both in lug and wafer designs and come standard with a direct mount actuator design. The standard seat design is a reinforced PTFE material. Triad does offer a metal seat option that can perform at temperatures to 900°F. The valve is manufactured to multiple standards including API 609, ANSI B16.34 and API 598 all under an audited ISO 9001:2008 quality control program. Triad offers quality valves for process control.

Lug, Wafer, Ductile Iron - 2″ ~ 40″. The Triad Series 700 resilient seated butterfly valve has a cartridge seat design to alleviate installation problems associated with the dove-tail-design (booted) seats. It has a phenolic backing that keeps the seat from shifting during installation, reducing tearing and fatigue. Precision machining of the disc and body allow the cartridge design to maintain a tighter disc to seat tolerance, providing a perfect low torque seal each and every time the valve is cycled.

150#, 300# & 600# - 1″ ~ 28″. Triad offers a Segmented V equal percentage rotary control valve for uncompromising control of process fluids and gases. It is well suited for clean fluids both viscous and corrosive and performs well in slurry applications. The valve employs an engineered V pattern that produces a high Cv. The valve operates between 0° closed and 90° full open. This rotary motion enables the valve to be operated by economical quarter turn actuators. The valve is less costly when compared to linear style globe control valves. The ball is 316SS with chrome facing that is matched against a hard faced alloy 6 seat.
