Potting Glue are very low viscosity gels that conduct heat, bond and seal. Liquid before curing, they flow well and can adequately fill small gaps.

Thermal conductivity tester: Besides the conventional test functions, Trumonytechs laboratory’s thermal conductivity tester features a wide thermal conductivity test range (0.1~45W/m*K) which can test most thermal conductive materials. With its advantages of good accuracy (test error ≤5%) and high test efficiency (average 15~20min test results) ,we significantly shorten the development cycle.

We use a rotary evaporator to process the thermal conductive fillers and modify the fillers’ nature to highlight the uniqueness and excellence of the thermal interface materials further to enhance its competitiveness. Under the metal oxide powder processing technology, the thermal conductive fillers of lower density, easier integration with the base material, easier formation of thermal conduction paths can be developed independently in Trumonytechs at lower cost.

Thermal conductive gel is a single-component silicone material in liquid state with high viscosity thermal conductivity, designed to provide heat transfer efficiency between different electronic components, a thermal interface material. It is mainly used to meet the demand of low pressure and high compression modulus of products in the process of use.

Thermal conductive silicone grease is a paste-like compound, and is therefore also known as thermal conductive paste in the industry. It is designed to improve thermal conductivity between components by effectively filling the insulation gap and adding auxiliary fillers to improve heat transfer. Due to its excellent stability, thermal conductivity, temperature resistance, low oil separation and weathering resistance, it is widely used in various electronic devices to help dissipate heat. It enhances the stability and reliability of electronic devices in later use and prolongs their service life.
