Sawmill & Lumber Handling - Bulk Material Handling

TS - Belt Conveyor

Available in trough, flat slider, and tube conveyor designs.? Adjustable skirting to ensure smooth transition of materials & prolong belt life. Impact sections are custom engineered to suit your applications. Optional hoods keep elements out of materials, while keeping dust in.

TS - Vibrating Conveyor

Available in heavy duty and medium duty designs. Each conveyor is built with a TS designed, positive action, eccentric drive, that minimizes the effect of load variations. TS Manufacturing also incorporates a special shock absorbing wrist pin, which substantially prolongs the life of the drive train bearings. TS Vibrating Conveyors are engineered and balanced to reduce the requirements of foundations and substructures.

Mining, Aggregate, Quarry and Cement

TS - Belt Conveyor

Whether your project calls for Idlers or Slider Bed Conveyors, Gallery Conveyors, Underground Conveyors, Trippers, Shuttles or Stacking Systems, TS has the conveying solution to suit your application. TS will engineer, design, detail and certify your customized belt conveyor anywhere from 18" to 96" belt widths. We also have standard designed truss spans available in CEMA standardized sizes. We supply Belt Conveyor needs from the pit to the ship, where the material handled can range from primary crushed ore in the mine to powder concentrate in your mill.

TS - Belt Feeder

TS Feeders are heavy-duty designs, built to handle the harshest mine environments. They include engineered class pulleys with power or hydraulic assisted take-ups. Belts are very high tensile strength with thick, abrasion resistant covers. They are usually provided with a hopper or diverging loading trough to suit the customer`s ore bin.

TS - Chain / Bar Feeder Conveyor

Heavy duty chain and square bar flights help keep our Chain Conveyors running in punishing environments. Environments like open pit crusher feeds. Extra thick wear liners protect our chain ways and sidewalls from wear. Options such as chain curtains and Grizzlies can be added.

TS - Chuting Unit

Chute work can be included with our conveyors or supplied separately. TS Chutes are heavy duty and re-inforced as necessary with wear liners, rock boxes and diverter gates. Because our head chutes are designed with the calculated material trajectory in mind, we can fine tune the shape to help center the load.

TS - Flexi-Wall Belt Conveyor

Using Corrugated Sidewall Belting, TS makes high angle conveyors in various configurations to suit the layout of your plant. They`re especially effective in constrained-space locations, and reduce the number of conveying equipment and transfer points. Common configurations include straight, high incline, "L" or "S" shapes, and can be run at any angle - including vertically.

Biomass & Pelletization - Biomass Bulk Material Handling

TS - Chain Conveyor

TS Chain Conveyors are a good choice for handling bulk materials that require slightly gentler manipulation. The chains are custom sized and engineered for maximum efficiency with the material being handled - also guaranteeing a longer life for the conveyor.

TS - Gallery Conveying System

TS Manufacturing has designed and manufactured a variety of gallery conveying systems. With installations ranging from 40` to 3000`, TS Manufacturing has the capacity to handle even the largest of conveying requirements.
