TT Filtration is pleased to announce that Veso Engineering has selected TT Filtration to be their agents in North America. The Veso Engineering ASF modular cartridge filter allow breweries to scale as they grow. Modular systems go from 5-40 hl per hour or 20-120 hl per hour by selecting a base module and adding on as you grow. The cartridges allow for back flushing to increase the useable life of the cartridges and increase cost efficiencies.

Manual small filter block fully equipped for complete filtration. Capacity: 6 to 12 m2 filter surface. (30 to 60 hl/h with beer, 60 to 120 hl/h with wine).

: Less costly all in one filter block with a smaller ZHF/S filter as base. The block has filter drive and all equipment necessary for a complete filtration process including a spray bar in newer models. Capacity: 12 to 20 m2 filter surface. (60 to 100 hl/h with beer, 120 to 200 hl/h with wine)

Basic main normal ZHF filter line, used for most applications, has a single feed, scavenge filtration and built in spray bar on newer models. Capacity: 10 to 130 m2 filter surface. (50 to 650 hl/h with beer, 100 to 1300 hl/h with wine)

Mostly chemical ZHF filter line, built with extra large discharge for dry discharge. Top and bottom inlets allow for better distribution for a wide range of products. Used in applications where either the cake or the liquid is the product. Spray bars possible in newer models. Capacity: 2.5 to 151 m2 filter surface (5 to 755 hl/h up to 1500 h/h)

Same as the ZHF/S with double filter element spacing for regenerable filter aid (PVPP), usually in a complete filter block. Capacity: 10 to 130 m2 (100 to 1300 hl/h with PVPP)

The most modern and advanced DE filter, has individual controlled feed to each filter elements, vessel rated to 9 bar (130 psi), has twice the DE cake capacity of a normal filter with a built in spray bar. Capacity: 17 to 127 m2 filter surface (100 to 750 hl/h with beer, 200 to 1500 hl/h with wine)
