Liquid Leak Detection and Location - Locating Units

TTK - Water Leak Locating Digital Units

The FG-NET digital unit is designed to be used for water leak detection, bases leak detection, acid leak detection and fuel leak detection. It is ideal for mission-critical areas such as data centers, trading floors, semi-conductor plants. FG-NET unit can display a precise location (+/- 3 ft (1m)) on a dynamic map. It detects simultaneous leaks hence avoid “a leak hide another” risk. Furthermore, the FG-NET digital unit can transmit the leak information to other LAN-connected equipment (such as BMS) via TCP/IP and JBUS/MODBUS communication protocols. In short, FG-NET has its unique features and precedes all advantages of a classic liquid leak detection unit.

TTK - Locating Digital Units

The FG-SYS digital unit, a robust and reliable leak detection and location panel, ensures an immediate detection and precise location of water leak detection and acid leak detection. It is suitable for IT infrastructure, commercial & residential property but also industrial applications. FG-SYS unit is widely installed around the world over decade. It is capable to monitor up to 120 lengths of sense cables on its 3 independent outputs. It has 9 configurable relay contacts integrated and it can be connected on BMS via 2 interface types: RS232 or RS422/485 serial interfaces. Each sense cable connected is addressable and can be customized by assigning a specific identity and name. In case of leak, the operator can find easily the precise location thanks to the identifying name.

TTK - Locating Digital Units

The FG-ALS4 is an innovative and cost effective solution for water leak detection and acid leak detection. It is accurate and easy to install and to use, ideal for small and medium applications where accurate leak location is required. Four detection zones are available on this small unit, it can control up to 45 metres of water or acid sense cable per zone. A touch-screen gives clear indications of the system status. 5 relays are integrated and RS485 serial link with MODBUS /JBUS communication protocol for interfacing with BMS is available.

TTK - Locating Digital Units

The FG-ALS8 is a new solution for water leak detection and acid leak detection. Same principal as FG-ALS4, it is cost effective, accurate and easy to install & to use, ideal for medium and large applications where accurate leak location is required. Eight detection zones are available on this small unit, it can control up to 328 ft (100 m) of water or acid sense cable per zone. A touch-screen gives clear indications of the system status. 9 relays are integrated and RS485 serial link with MODBUS /JBUS communication protocol for interfacing with BMS is available.

TTK SAS - Eight Zones Alarm & Locating System Unit for Hydrocarbon Leak Detection

The FG-ALS8-OD, Eight Zones Alarm & Locating System Unit is designed to be used exclusively with FG-OD range products including sense cables and point sensors, to give instant detection and location of liquid (non-conductive hydrocarbon liquids and solvent). Capable to monitor up to 8 oil leak sense cables or point sensors on its 8 independent zones; equipped with 9 relays, this locating unit is a cost-effective solution for non-conductive hydrocarbon liquids and solvent leak detection. Ideal for medium to large applications where accurate leak location is required.

TTK - Four Zones Alarm & Locating System Unit for Hydrocarbon Leak Detection

The FG-ALS4-OD, Four Zones Alarm & Locating System Unit is designed to be used with FG-OD hydrocarbon range of products, to give instant detection and location of liquid (non-conductive hydrocarbon liquids and solvent). In the event of liquid leak or default on the sense cables for each zone, the responses from the FG-ALS4-OD alarm & locating unit: An audible alarm is triggered and a relay is activated. The touch screen of the panel displays the zone, the location of the leak (on the cable) and details of the fault (the type of fault leak or cable break). Report to the DCS/SCADA/Safeguarding system via a JBUS/MODBUS protocol.

TTK - Satellite Devices

The FG-BBOX is a satellite device of the TTK FG-NET Digital Unit. It is monitored by FG-NET via a standard Ethernet network. It expands FG-NET to manage two additional circuits of sense cables with up to 3937 ft (1200 m) of additional Sense Cables.

TTK - Satellite Devices

The FG-RELAYS is a Digital External Relays Box. It works as a satellite device of the FG-NET Digital Unit. It adds a set of 24 configurable external relays to the FG-NET. It allows FG-NET to drive external devices such as solenoid valves, BMS signals, beacons and others, to react in case of leak or system alarms.The FG-RELAYS is monitored by FG-NET via a standard Ethernet network. The FG-RELAYS is accessible via a web interface for configuration.

TTK - Non-Locating Unit

The FG-A alarm unit is a simple water leak detectionacid leak detection and base leak detection unit without location. It can control up to 49 ft (15 m) of sense cables. Visual and audible indicators on the front panel allow easy identification of the type of fault (leak or cable break). Two zero volt contact relays provide numerous signaling and centralized monitoring options. The FG-A alarm unit is designed to be used with TTK analog sense cables; FG-ECS, FG-ECX, FG-ACS and FG-ACX, to give immediate detection of liquid leaks (water leak, acid leak or base leak). Available in wall-mounted and rack-mounted version.

TTK - Hydrocarbon Leak Detection Alarm Unit

The FG-A-OD, Alarm Unit for Hydrocarbon Leak Detection, is designed to be used with FG-OD hydrocarbon range of products, to provide quick detection of liquid (non-conductive hydrocarbon liquids and solvent). LEDs on the front panel indicate presence of Power Supply (green), Leak Detected (red) or Cable Break (yellow). Responses on the FG-A-OD alarm unit: In the case of leak, an audible alarm is triggered. The red LED is switched on and the leak relay is activated. In the case of cable break, an audible alarm is triggered, the yellow LED is switched on and the cable break relay is activated. The “SOUND OFF” button on the front panel allows manual silencing of the audible alarm. The LED and corresponding relay remain activated as long as the fault persists. When the fault is corrected the LED and the relay return to normal status.
