This configuration provides a safe and controlled means to heat process fluids.  A system consists of a vessel filled with a transfer medium (water, or a water/glycol mixture) and a submerged coil containing a burner.  Use of the fluid medium results in a uniform heat flux and reliable limits on process temperatures. Tulsa Combustion has deep experience in process coil design for multi-phase fluids, viscous hydrocarbons, suspended solids and various gaseous mixtures.

As our industry extends into new regions that have less infrastructure or takes on activities that require mobility of plant equipment, the need for skidded systems is increasing.  Pre-assembly reduces fabrication time and increases field reliability, especially if the operating site is in a remote or harsh location.
