Our model T42 is the flagship of depackaging systems for pre-consumer food waste streams. It has the ability to process from 10-30 ton per hour depending on the products. The horizontal shaft has 56 flat paddles that work together to split, separate, and convey.

Our model T30 is a perfect choice for operations that need to process from 10-80 ton per day of pre-consumer food waste. The T30 does a great job separating most common packaging into 2 streams - organics and inorganics.

Our model T20 Turbo Separator is a great choice for sites requiring 10-40 ton per day of pre-consumer food waste. This model was first introduced over 20 years ago to separate and recover canned food. If you can hold the product in one hand, this is a great machine for you.

Drive- 2 qty. 7.5HP Baldor motors with Dodge brand gear reducers. Tube augers- 10", 12", & 16" diameter; 20` and 24` long. Hopper-4,6,8 cu. yards. Material - carbon, 304 or 316 stainless.
