The Turtle Tough Slurry conductivity sensors are designed for use in general purpose applications up to 200,000 micro Siemens and provide outstanding chemical resistance for a wide variety of process media. Open front end geometry resists clogging and reduces maintenance requirements to a minimum. Wetted materials of construction are CPVC with 316SS electrodes as standard. The option to select other metals as electrode materials provides an unequalled chemical resistance capability. Dual O-ring seals of EPDM increase sensor reliability and service life. The front seal absorbs the brunt of chemical attack, allowing the rear O-ring to operate in a protected environment, and insure continued sealing.

Turtle Tough Turbidity Analysers in combination with the Turtle Tough Black Series Liquid Analyser is the perfect solution for measuring turbidity online. The turbidity is determined using a nephelometric measurement of scattered light in accordance with ISO 7027 with a measuring range selectable within 0.01 – 1000 NTU, 0.01 – 2000 mg/l. The Turtle Tough Ammonium ion selective electrode is designed for valve retractable and sanitary use with double o-ring seals and 3/4" MNPT back end thread.  It is the ONLY Ammonium (NH4+) ion selective sensor that can be used in heavy industrial process and wastewater treatment systems, providing measurements up to saturated levels and can operate  continuously at temperatures up to 50°C.
