TVT Termoventiltecnica has developed technology of cupola gas treatment. The plant is composed of CO and unburnt substances after-burning system, gas cooling and energy recovery (in the form of hot air and / or heated water depending on the customer`s needs), dedusting system and composed acids neutralization.

The correct reagent dosage is one of the fundamental conditions to guarantee longevity and economy of the plant. The majority of TVT’s plants are fitted with automatic reagent injection system installed under the storage bin.

Till now the high-temperature filtering has been performed only with electrostatic precipitators, but their filtering efficiency is not comparable to that of bag filters. Due to its long experience and the research, TVT together with its international partners realized filtering systems with ceramic material that may be used at 800°C, the dust emission is under 2 mg/Nm³

High temperature filtration for gas from clinker rotary furnace. The plant made in high temperature and SOx resistant material with thermal insulation of the parts, being in contact with dusty flow.

In conformity with the most severe restrictions, TVT offers a single emission point for gaseous effluents out-coming from the same processing. Due to this technology it is possible reduce environmental impact and acoustic emissions and avoid the “plumes”.
