The UEBERALL UBK UV sterilizer became some sort of semi standard in the Marine Industry for Fresh Water Disinfection on board. In addition, the robust INDUSTRIAL design of the UBK series supports amost unlimited applications world wide.

The through developed fully industrial execution UV sterilizer series UltraBord 200 and 300 suits most UV applications and meets easily 25 years life time expectation. As a unique feature, all UltraBord systems display the UV lamp configuration on the control panel door for "visual management" of the operation status of each lamp. Various options and executions make the UB2/3 units suit virtually any industrial requirement.

The ALPINE unit is a DVGW certified system, especially for disinfection of drinking water in small potable water supplies. Different to all other known economic 1 lamp systems available, the ALPINE provides a Cleaning In Place (CIP) wiper system, which allows operation virtually without any dismantling of the unit.

Now the special "HO6" material is available for refill of any other rehardening filter, which is based on Dolomite material. Due to the ball shape of the specially treated material, the contact surface is much higher compared to regular split material. Due to this fact the performance of any other existing rehardening filter ill be improved.

Today the unique patented URF design provides an optimized process of pH correction and rehardening at a minimized pressure drop and a maximum of reliability. Utilizing first class granulated dolomite material without clumping, caking and formation of "worm hannels", a constant hardness value in the treated water is guaranteed. The standard filter housing suits PN 4 bar operational pressure.

The UEBERALL Cartridge Filter housings come in PN10 execution, made from 304 Stainless Steel with e-polished surface. The UEBERALL Dechlorinating Filters comprise of the same housings, but are fitted with solid block Activated Carbon Cartridges for really user friendly service, which can be carried out without any tools.

UEBERALL Bag Filters are the preferred choice whenever solids in the water with concentrations higher than 5 g/L are expected.

UEBERALL Single Cartridge filter housings come in 304 stainless steel e-polished (instead of plastic) and are designed for PN 10 bar operational pressure. Inline installation and optimized single cartridge installation and handling.
