Floodtite - Door Panel

The Floodtite Door Panel prevents floodwater entering through a doorway. The FLOODTITE Door Panel is an ideal flood defence solution. The Door Panel is a plastic panel which screws, by hand and without tools, onto a fixing frame which has been securely pre-fitted onto the door frame, leaving the brickwork or stone façade undamaged. The fixing frame is manufactured using vacuum formed ABS, which allows it to be painted in the same colour as the door frame, thus making it almost invisible. This makes it ideal for any homeowner who doesn’t wish to advertise the fact that their house has flood defence systems in place.

Floodtite - Toilet Panseal

Toilet ‘Panseal’ by Floodtite. Prevents sewage back-flow through the toilet system. The FLOODTITE Toilet ‘Panseal’ is an essential anti-flooding device for a downstairs toilet which securely creates a seal around the toilet pan rim to prevent the back-flow of flood and foul waste water. It is fitted in seconds and requires nothing more than a few squeezes from a  normal bicycle pump. Position the `Panseal` directly below the pan rim. Pump in air using a bicycle  pump and the expansion takes place creating the required seal.

Floodtite - Airbrick Flooding Cover

Airbricks are small bricks with holes near to ground level which supply ventilation to the area under your floor boards. They are essential in the normal construction of the house in order that the house can ‘breathe’… BUT in times of flood they can let in up to 50,000 litres of water an hour. You can prevent this with the FLOODTITE Airbrick Covers – specially designed to stop the ingress of water through these often forgotten vents. Floodtite Systems offers protection for both single and double airbricks to provide you with the correct solution for your home`s individual needs.

Airbrick Protection

SMART AirBrick - Airbrick Protection

The Eco Coverage Technologies innovative SMART AirBricks® addresses the protection of the airbrick, the main water entry point under your property. An unprotected airbrick will allow an estimated maximum 50,000 litres of water through in 1 hour. The SMART AirBricks® is based on a modular design that allows air to pass through, but not water and replaces the standard air brick. The design employs a flood-activated valve that allows unrestricted airflow complying to BS493:1995 under normal conditions, but in the event of flood water reaching the height of the airbrick, it blocks the flow of water. See diagram under ‘Additional Information’.

Floodtite Systems offers flood defence for both single and double airbricks to provide you with the correct solution for your home.

Portable Flood Barriers

Windermere - Rapidly Deployable Flood Barrier System

Windermere is a rapidly deployable flood barrier system. The barrier is assembled through a series of interlocking units, which when assembled actually fill with the rising flood waters. This combined with the weighted connection keys ensure an assembled barrier will always be denser than the flood water. No construction work is required and the barrier system can be rapidly deployed. It is light weight, low cost and is more effective than sandbagging. The Windermere flood defence barriers are patent protected technology and provides innovative, pragmatic and cost effective flood prevention.

High Flood Wall

High Flood Wall is an innovative temporary or semi-permanent flood system designed for fast reaction to imminent flooding. Intended for areas where there is intense flooding such as river banks and low lying areas, or to provide a protective envelope around land, buildings or sites, the cost effective, metre-square sand-fill bags are designed to remain square, are of robust and waterproof material and reusable, leaving no residual waste. It is also ideal for longer term situations where temporary flood barriers need to remain in place, for example while work is being carried out. They are easy to install at 3 to 4 minutes per meter run and will extend to any distance and dependent on expected levels, can be set to any height pyramid fashion.

Demountable Flood Barriers

Model Derwent - Flood Barrier

This is a bespoke flood protection system that can be designed to protect almost any span. It can protect up to a 4m span without demountable posts (fixed to the ground). A centre support post may be required. It is therefore ideal for protecting commercial premises and in particular warehouse doors. It consists of lightweight aluminium panels measuring 1mtr x 400mm high x 25mm and each weighing just 4.5kg. The height of each panel means that fewer panels are required than with some other systems, so saving time when it comes to erecting them in case of flooding. The Derwent is a relatively low cost system compared to others on the market.

Coniston - Flood Barrier

The Coniston Flood Barrier has been developed as a quick and convenient method of “building” a water tight flood barrier that can be easily erected in the event of a flood and also dismantled and stored away when the danger has passed. It is suitable for installation to both residential and commercial property. We offer bespoke solutions for almost any scenario giving a proven and successful system, with Quality Assurance to ISO 9001:2008.
