Flanges are parts designed to join the pipes, valves, pumps and other units (components) in a piping system. In addition, they facilitate access for cleaning, inspection and modification. Two flanges are attached with bolts and a seal between them to prevent any possibility of leakage. There are many different standards for flanges in the market. However, our flanges are manufactured according to specific regulations and standards to guarantee their functionality and ensure they can be replaced. ULMA’s forged steel and fully machined flanges are manufactured in compliance with the specifications ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 and MSS SP-44.

SPACERS are safety devices used during maintenance tasks to isolate the line section (or part of the section) to inspect or replace. Unlike a valve, spectacle blinds act as a permanent blocking device. ULMA spacers are manufactured in accordance with the ASME B16.48 standard or according to the customer’s specifications/drawings.
