UAT - Jetting Dredge
Capable of operating in many hazardous environments, the Jetting Dredge is popular in both the mining and abrasive industries. However, this suitability makes it equally ideal for use in locations such as quarries, sand and aggregate plants. Our Jetting Dredge is ideal for use in poly, concrete or clay lined ponds. By removing the need for any cutter heads and augers, the result is a suction head that can physically contact the liner, and do so safely, providing maximum lining protection. Some common usage applications include mining, municipal wastewater, heavy Industry, refineries and oil & gas. UAT - Suction Dredge
Our Suction Dredge range is primarily for soft sludge wastewater plants. It allows for effective and efficient removal of non-compacted / soft organic sludges. Resulting effluent is then ready for delivery to the next processing stage at the required rate. For the removal of these organic bio-solids, a single unit is best suited to impoundments typically up to 40,000 square metres in surface area and up to 3 to 4 metres in depth. Common usage applications include Utilities & Water Treatment Plants, Feedlots, Piggeries and Dairies, Abattoirs, Industry Pulp & Paper Mills and Recreational Water Bodies. UAT - Air Lift Dredge
Designed specifically around sensitive environments, our Air Lift Dredge systems allow for gentle batch removal of mineral sediments, making them an excellent tool for ongoing or continual pond, dam, tank and lagoon maintenance. This design lifts sludge (with minimal disturbance) from the bottom of the impoundment while, at the same time, transferring it into a floating concentrator tank to allow for settling. Following this settling phase, you may pump to a specific dewatering system on site.
