In this stage, the goal is to maximize overall performance to the cost ratio. Basic engineering and process design of the utility and offsite facilities are generally performed in-house at ULTRANODE

Managing an EPC contract is often complicated and requires special expertise and knowledge. Our project management teams are established early on in a contract to control the whole process from design, through assembly, to start-up. We feature a sound management plan and strategies to reduce risks, cut costs and improve success rates to allocate and specialize in the work we undertake – but managing them can be complex. (cost control, scheduling, contractual documentation, job site planning and management, inspections, manuals, etc.)

After basic engineering, the subsequent stage which is detailed design and engineering of the project is performed in the respective engineering departments under the responsibility of the lead engineers assigned to the project by consideration of the following policies;(on-site surveys, process-mechanical-electrical-instrumental design, procurement, expediting, inspection and testing, erection, commissioning, etc.)
