UKL Piston Valve is basically Seat less and Glandless valve and by virtue of its design can replace both, the conventional type of Gate and Globe valves, with distinct advantages over them. The Klinger Piston valve works on the principle of Resilient rings in conjunction with a Metallic Stainless Steel Piston, that moves vertically between the rings, giving a Seal that is both effective as well as Durable. This sealing system gives a bubble tight shut off, equivalent if not superior to Class VI leak standards.The Sealing rings are the heart of the valves, are available in Non Asbestos, Tanged Graphite, and Graphited Asbestos varieties, to effectively handle more than 250 Industrial Media.

It has been proven through various studies about process plant emission that 75% of leakages are occurring through valves in pipelines.

Disc Check Valves are recommended after traps discharging into closed systems to guarantee Non return or no reverse flow. These check valves can be mounted between pipe flanges in any direction.

Steam used for secondary heating like Coils, vessels, heat exchangers etc, generate a lot of condensate post heat transfer. This large quantity of condensate can handle by Ball Float Trap. This condensate has a substantial heat component with cost tagged to it. Also this is treated and pure water and can be used as Feed water for the Boiler, saving the cost of heating, Water Bill and Treatment chemicals. Therefore it makes sense to recycle / reuse this condensate. This function is also done by the Ball Float Trap.

UKL Trap Modules are available in two versions:  The open loop: Where the condensate is let out to the atmosphere, and consists mainly of one inlet Isolation, Bypass valves and a Steam Trap.

UKL flexible graphite sheets can also be supplied with reinforcing materials to increase the tensile strength, load bearing capacity and improve handling characteristics.

This range of spring loaded conventional and balanced safety relief valves is specifically designed for overpressure protection of unfired pressure vessel (ASME Section VIII application). Sizes and orifices are from 1” D 2” to 8” T 10”, face to face dimensions are in accordance to API526. Available set pressure range is from 0.4 Bar to 414 Bar and for pressure ratings up to 2500#.Different material of construction can be selected, depending on the application.
