Doubling the brightness of previous models, this lightweight and compact device is ideal for narrow web inspection, ensuring print quality, registration alignment, and slit accuracy. Its multifunctional capability allows it to be used as a flood or spot light and can be mounted for fixed applications or used as a handheld unit. The LED3 is engineered for longevity with low power consumption and virtually maintenance-free operation, making it a reliable tool for various applications such as maintenance troubleshooting, coating spot checks, and high-speed machinery monitoring. The LED3 features an intensity of 2660 LUX (Flood) and 4990 LUX (Spot) at 300mm distance, with adjustable flash rate and duration to sync with machine line speeds, providing uniform illumination pivotal for precise defect spotting. The unit supports up to 8 hours of continuous use and recharges fully in 4 hours, incorporating long-life LEDs for consistent performance.
