Unisense - Wastewater Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Controller

The N₂O Wastewater Controller shows you the temperature compensated N₂O levels, emission rates, and process temperatures from up to two N₂O Wastewater Sensors. Direct Data Collection and Transmission; With the N2O Wastewater Controller, you collect data from the N2O Wastewater Sensors. You can connect the controller to your plant`s PLC or SCADA system to automate the collection of data. You can also choose a USB data logger to extract data directly from the controller to a USB drive without connecting to the PLC or SCADA system.

Measure dissolved N₂O with fast response time in the biological tanks of wastewater treatment plants. The sensor delivers a temperature compensated data output to your N₂O Wastewater Controller with a response time of less than 65 seconds. You can expect a very stable signal from the sensor.

Unisense - Wastewater Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Sensor Head

A Clark-type electro-chemical sensor that measures the concentration of nitrous oxide. The Sensor Head connects to the sensor body, which ensures that the cathode in the Sensor Head is polarized against its internal reference. Within the sensor, nitrous oxide reduces on the metal surface of the cathode, which creates a current. The sensor body converts the nitrous oxide`s reaction with the cathode into a signal which the Controller registers.

Unisense - N2O Wastewater Calibration Kit

Calibrate your nitrous oxide sensor every second month. To get started with your nitrous oxide measurements, you need to calibrate the N2O Wastewater Sensor when you install the system. You use the N2O Calibration Kit for the 2-point calibration upon installation and for subsequent calibrations.

Unisense - Chain Mount Kit

Robust sensor mounting for fast flowing water; When you install the N2O Wastewater System, you will have a cable hanger bracket available as the standard mounting option for your sensor. However, if you place the N2O Wastewater Sensor in turbulent or fast flowing water, we recommend that you choose the Chain Mount Kit for a robust mounting solution. The kit consists of sensor brackets for 1 sensor and includes a 2 m stainless steel chain and 2 stainless steel carabiner clips.
