LLDPE liner is designed to be used when higher elongation properties are required. It is similar to HDPE, but is lower in density, thus being more flexible.  LLDPE is generally shipped to job sites in large rolls and deployed by machines.  Seaming by CLI`s certified installation technicians occurs in the field by heat fusion welding.  LLDPE is also available in textured versions to enhance traction.  

HDPE is the most widely used geomembrane in the world and is used more commonly internationally due to its availability and relatively inexpensive material cost. HDPE is an excellent product for large applications that require UV and Ozone resistance, chemical resistance or high-quality installations. Typically used in landfill and mining applications, this product is delivered in large rolls with a width of 22.5' and is heat welded in the field by trained technicians providing a high quality, test certified installation. HDPE offers the most cost effective liner for large projects. HDPE is available in thicknesses ranging from 40 to 120 mil. HDPE Lining materials are a cost effective choice for exposed lining projects. This product is successfully used in landfills, waste water treatment lagoons, animal waste lagoons and mining applications. HDPE geomembrane is a very technical product to install properly. HDPE requires specialized welding equipment and certified welding technicians to be installed properly.  The most common method of securing the liners on side slopes is by means of an anchor trench around the perimeter.  A batten strip or an embed channel system is used to attach the liner to structures.

Our galvanized metal contaimnet rings are in stock and ready to ship. These solid and sturdy structures are constructed out of 12, 14 and 18 gauge metal sheets (10 gauge also available) and are the backbone of safe and reliable secondary spill containment systems. The sheets can also be color powder coated in BLM colors or your own company colors.

Flat panel design offers outstanding performance and superior eye appeal over conventional corrugated containment structures. Flat panels can be powder coated, painted or polyurea coated inside or outside. Longer panel length allows for a more efficient installation with less overall hardware and labor. This is quickly becoming the most widely used containment system in many basins across the US.

Foam Berms are perfect for temporary applications. Once you are done with the berm, just fold it up and store it out of the way until you need it again. Just throw it down and drive right over the foam wall to get whatever you want contained in place.
