A simple, robust way to quickly process up to 48 samples at one time. The Positive Pressure Manifold can accommodate a multitude of column sizes and provides even flow to each position. All 48 positions are individually regulated to provide even pressure to each column. There are four banks of 12 positions each. The user can control flow to each of the four banks. Capacity of 1 to 48 columns adaptable for size 1mL, 3mL, 6mL, 10mL or 15mL. Air Supply: N2 or compressed air regulated to 75 psi and filtered to 10μm. Dual pressure regulators allow users to set different pressures for extraction and column drying. Includes waste reservoir that drains automatically. Single switch raises and lowers the sample racks and creates an airtight seal.

UCT’s all new 48 position positive pressure manifold features the same rugged performance end-users have grown to expect, but now boasts a streamlined, compact footprint. Key features include: easy manifold setup with a modern design and small footprint, user friendly and easy to read/adjust pressure regulators, configurable collection racks (Column and Sample) allowing for a variety of SPE column types to be used (1mL, 3mL, 6mL, 10mL or 15mL). and uniform pressure from port to port regardless of batch size in sample tray ensuring for an overall efficient extraction. In addition, the new units feature an all-in-one frit plate with removable frits and o-rings in the event an isolated port becomes obstructed. This allows for isolated repairs on the units extending the overall usage.

SPeVAP 32/48 position solvent evaporator is a welcome addition to UCT’s long-standing manifold arsenal. Featuring the same reliability and performance associated with our pneumatic extractors, it is designed to be more efficient and take up less space than a traditional evaporator. SPeVAP® has an exhaust port so it does not require fume hood space to operate. The sleek design and touchscreen capabilities allow for easier use and expanded functionality. SPeVAP® possesses a smaller footprint than traditional evaporators, in addition to its self-exhaust allowing for operation outside of fume hood encapsulation.

Our Glass Block Vacuum Manifold System consists of a rigid Corian® lid which resists warping with extended use. The lid is outfitted with bulkhead luer fittings to allow for sample to elute directly into disposable test tubes. The lid is available with 16 or 24 positions, consisting of two parallel rows and corner leg supports to prevent damage to the luers and tips when the lid is not being used. The vacuum chamber is a glass block designed to allow for visible inspection of the extraction process and ease when cleaning. The block is equipped with a vacuum control valve for optimizing sample flow rate during the extraction process. A vacuum gauge and bleed valve allows for easy monitoring of the vacuum process. Polypropylene racks are provided according to the number of positions on the manifold lid and are highly resistant to chemical degradation and abuse. The test tube racks provided allow the use of 12-13 mm or 16 mm disposable test tubes.
