The UAC-16 & UAC-32 Automatic Tablet Packing Machines by United Pharmatek are designed for efficient and precise counting and filling of tablets, hard gelatin capsules, softgels, and round pills. The UAC-16 model features 16 channels with dual nozzles, equipped with intelligent sensor eyes using a total of 176 sensors to ensure 100% accuracy in counting. Its design includes three-stage vibration trays with adjustable frequency for stable and fast feeding of capsules or tablets. Bottles are centered and measured accurately using air cylinders, preventing any spillage during the filling process through diving nozzles that secure bottles. The UAC-16 can process up to 80 bottles per minute. For higher capacity, the UAC-32 integrates two units of UAC-16, offering a total of 32 channels and capability of counting up to 140 bottles per minute, making it suitable for high-volume production demands.

These capsule fillers are built to meet the worlds most advanced hard shell capsule filling production requirements. Our capsule fillers will work with hard gelatin capsules in sizes 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. All parts are made of high quality stainless steel to meet the cGMP standard. We integrated only SIEMENS electrical components and SIEMENS PLC for reliability.
