Reels
A fire hose reel is a piece of firefighting equipment used as the first line of defense. It is intended to be used as a quick-response tool for firefighters battling fires in their early stages. We custom make those fire hose reels to allow for faster deployment and pick up of the hose. Thus, increasing performance and safety.
Speedlay and Crosslay Trays
Speedlay and Crosslay trays provide speedy storage for the preconnected attack lines for rapid deployment without climbing up onto the apparatus. Each tray has a slide-out tray so that you can repack the hose off of the apparatus and slide the tray back in with the hose. This provides a safe and convenient position for packing hoses and allows the department to have spare trays already packed for quick replacement when returning from incidents.
SCBA Bottle Storage Rack
With a UPF SCBA bottle storage rack, you can keep your SCBA bottles and fire extinguishers organized, well-protected, and ready to use anytime you need them. For full storage capacity, we can stack and place several racks horizontally or vertically. The UPF SCBA bottle storage rack is non-corrosive, easy to maintain, and eliminates metal against metal contact. In addition, each is custom-designed to meet customers’ specific storage requirements. Lastly, the UPF SCBA bottle storage rack will protect your SCBA cylinders from casual damage in the fire station and during transport.

Defender - 1 Skid Tank Water & Foam
The Defender™ 1 custom skid tank allows the ultimate flexibility for skid tank design. It can be dimensionally sized to fit your exact application and is available in capacities ranging from 50 to 1,000 gallons. Special clearance notches, wheel well notches, welded hose trays, storage compartments, multiple internal foam cells, half-length and full-length skid frames with platforms are just a few of the many options available. When mounted on an optional custom skid base, you can easily install the Defender™ 1directly into your brush truck, utility body, or flatbed. Like all UPF Poly-Tanks®, the Defender™1 custom skid tank is fabricated from our PT2E™ resin. The Defender™ 1 skid tank is only available from UPF, the most significant water and foam skid tank manufacturer in the fire service industry. Defender - Model 2CE - Skid Tank
The Defender™ 2C skid tank features a standard storage cavity that converts easily to a 12-gallon foam cell and is available in 200, 250, 300, and 400-gallon capacities. Like all UPF Poly-Tanks®, the Defender™2C Stock Skid Tank is manufactured from specially formulated PT2E™ resin, making it a perfect choice for your brush truck skid unit. The Defender™2C comes standard with a built-in liquid level sight tube, booster reel mounting blocks, has a flat floor for easier mounting, and a 29″ x 11″ x 9″ storage compartment that offers the option of converting to a 12-gallon foam cell, with the purchase of the optional foam cell kit. The UPF Poly-Tank® warranty backs all UPF drop-in skid tanks. UPF is the largest manufacturer of Poly-Tanks® in the fire service industry, building more tanks than all other tank manufacturers combined.
Defender - Model 3E - Long Bed Skid Tank
The Defender™3E skid tank fits in a standard 8ft pick-up truck bed. Additionally, it is a tank that allows you to combine standardization and simplicity with performance and price in one package that allows for a quick attack on any brush, trash, or car fire. The Defender™3E Long Bed skid tank is available in 150, 200, 225, 300, and 400-gallon capacities. Each tank includes a ¾” thick integrated base plate with a pump mounting area. This base design combined will allow for a completed vehicle with a lower center of gravity than tanks with skid spacers. This standard skid tank has a flat floor which allows it to be mounted directly on a flatbed or slid directly into the bed of most pick-up or utility bodies. Like all UPF Poly-Tanks®, the Defender™3E skid tank is manufactured from specially formulated PT2E™ resin. The Defender 3E skid tank is an excellent choice for your brush truck skid unit.

Pumper Tanks

In addition, the rectangle and t-type poly fire fighting tanks that started it are available in sizes from 5 to 5,000 gallons and come with our UPF Poly-Tank® warranty. Hence, since 1986 UPF’s facilities have produced over 100,000 poly fire fighting tanks in service worldwide. As a result of using 100% pure PT3™ resin, UPF poly fire fighting tanks are 50% lighter than steel and are up to 90% stronger than conventional copolymer polypropylene at varying temperatures.
PolySide - Tanker Fire Water Tank
We custom design and manufacture every PolySide® plastic fire water tank to maximize the water you carry to a fire. In addition, the design of the UPF PolySide® incorporates configurations to allow for more equipment on the scene. The sidewalls, of the wetside poly water tank, are its outer walls of the tanker fire truck. Thus, allowing every cubic inch to be dedicated to carrying water. In addition, the tank bolts directly to your subframe. Equipment (e.g. Portable tanks, ladders, suction hoses, etc.) can be integrated into the tank design or mounted directly to the tank sides. Moreover, another important feature is that UPF’s PolySide fire water tank is fully baffled and complies with NFPA guidelines, an assurance of excellent road handling performance.
