The Twist Lock hatch is a simple proven design for hatch enclosures. The twist engagement method for securing this hatch makes this the simplest hatch to operate. This hatch is made from high strength 3/8` cast steel with reinforced ribs. Built-in Lift-out handles are molded into the cover plate for convenience.

 All gears are heat treated. Shipped with  gear oil. Specially designed input and output seals. Top fill plug positioned to set correct oil level. All critical electrical connections  are encapsulated to resist penetration of moisture. Class F insulation and materials are used throughout. CSA approved. Efficiency 95%. Makes possible the use of smaller generators and smaller incoming wire sizes.

Evaluation Specifications Same great load arms and urethane insert as the standard coupler with the addition of an alignment rod. Alignment rod hold insert in place and coupler in alignment under extreme or sudden loads.
