The 4025 [4000 PSI 25 GPM] is US Jetting’s most versatile jetting machine. This drain cleaning machine has the capacity to work in 1” – 48” lines. With 4000 PSI cutting power combined with 25GPM flushing ability, the 4025 sewer jetter can handle all of your tough jet jobs. This jetting machine has a variety of application uses, such as municipal water systems to residential plumbing, industrial farming, prisons, and other large facilities.

The 4018 [4000 PSI 18 GPM] unit is US Jetting’s most popular hydro jetting machine for good reason. As the industry leader, it has set the standard in the high-pressure, low-flow jetting industry for over thirty years. The combination of high pressure and low flow maximizes jetting power and water efficiency to clear a variety of blockages. This machine is most popular with contractors who work in all kinds of applications, including residential drains, commercial work, industrial farming, municipal sewers, and storm drains.

The 3040 [3000 PSI 40 GPM] is an industrial strength machine designed to clean large sewers or storm drains. Powered by a 115 HP Tier 4 Diesel Engine, the 3000 PSI 40 GPM unit is an ideal machine for municipalities and contractors. The 3 cylinder ceramic plunger pump is directly driven via a reduction gearbox eliminating the need for any belts or pulleys. It is available with up to 750 gallons of water storage on a tandem axle trailer and up to 1000 gallons mounted on certain trucks. The unit comes standard with one hydraulic powered reel with 500′ (150 M) of 3/4″ hose. It is also available with a second reel that can be fitted with 500′ of 1/2″ hose.

The 3030 [3000 PSI 30 GPM] is a powerful and versatile sewer jetter unit. From city sewers to large diameter culverts, this machine takes everything in its stride. If you need more flushing power than a 4025 or 4018, the 3030 can fill that demand perfectly. This machine maintains a high pressure of 3000PSI but has the added force of 30GPM to flush out large drains with tough blockages. With the right accessories, such as a mini jet hose, the 3030 machines can scale down to clean small residential pipes or use their full power to blast heavy debris in storm drains.

The 2000PSI 65GPM unit is the most popular unit for municipalities. With massive flushing power, it is mainly used to move heavy debris in large pipes up to 48”. This unit is available in various configurations such as truck mounted, trailer, skid, etc. depending on the end user’s preference and application. Common applications for 2065’s are culvert cleaning, large diameter sewer cleaning, and storm drain jetting.

When you need more pressure, US Jetting aims to please. We build custom units up to 20,000 PSI, but more commonly around 6,000, 8,000, and 10,000 PSI. Horse power will depend on pressure and flow required. Diesel or electric options are available as are hydraulic reel and accessories to match the performance. Water Blasting Units come with special high pressure hose of 10,000+ PSI and are available on various hydraulic reel options.

The fully redesigned van pack reaches a new level of compactness without compromising power. The same industry favorite 4000PSI at 18GPM model is outfitted with a 150 gallon water tank and pivoting power pull out hose reel with a full 500’ of ½” high pressure hose. In addition to the main hose reel, the condensed jetting package also includes a mini reel and an electric inlet garden hose reel. This compact jetting unit has all the same bells and whistles as a trailer jetter including the run-dry pump and diesel engine but can fit in most standard high roof vans including Transit, Sprinter, and ProMaster. The van pack is also available with pressures of 3,000 – 4,000 PSI and flows of 8 – 18 GPM.

USJ Penetrator is a great nozzle to use in pipes with hard blockages such as packed debris or ice.  The Penetrator is available with 1/2” male or female thread and is suitable for a 4018 only, but adapters are available for different size hoses. The effectiveness is due to the close position between the forward jet and six rear jets. The forward jet only has to bore a small opening in a blockage to allow the full cleaning force of the rear jets to clear the remainder of blockage. Once a fully bored hole is created, a larger diameter nozzle can be used to more thoroughly clean the pipe.

Ball Jet nozzles are great basic general cleaning sewer jetter nozzles. When you have to work in drain lines with curves and tight spots, this is a particularly good choice as the rounded edges help the ball nozzle go smoothly around corners. This sewer jetting nozzle is made from stainless steel and is often used by plumbers for preventative maintenance, drain cleaning, or when working in pipes with mud or debris. The smaller Ball Jet nozzles are perfect to use in tandem with mini jet hoses to work in smaller residential lines with many curves and corners.
