NXT is U.S. Pipe`s next generation `push on` type pipe.  The advanced design utilizes a lip type seal gasket cross section which allows for lower insertion forces and greater joint deflection when compared to similar push on joint designs.  Features incorporated into the joint also allow the gasket to resist being unseated or rolled during joint assembly and the sealing ability increases with increased system pressures.

TYTON JOINT is U.S. Pipe’s trademark for ductile iron pipe with a push-on type connection. Simplicity, sturdiness and watertightness are built into the system by design. Convincing proof of its worldwide acceptance is shown by the fact that more than 95% of the pipe now sold by U.S. Pipe is TYTON JOINT Pipe.

TR FLEX Pipe and Fittings provide flexible restrained push-on joints for 4` through 36` Ductile Iron pipe and fittings. The TR FLEX Restrained Joint has a working pressure rating equivalent to the working pressure rating of the parent pipe, with a maximum restrained joint working pressure rating of 350 psi except that 30”-36” have a 100 psi reduction in joint rating for a given parent pipe pressure class e.g. 30-36” TR FLEX Restrained Joints are rated for a maximum 250 psi with Pressure Class 350 parent pipe. Conversely, a 24” PC 200 pipe will have a restrained joint rating of 200 psi.

U.S. Pipe`s MJ FIELD LOK Gasket provides the joint restraint that typically requires concrete thrust blocks or lug-type restraints outside the joint. That means you`ll have fewer installation steps, with faster and easier installations.

For TYTON JOINT Pipe connections, these fittings offer a compact, lightweight alternative. Available in 4" - 12" sizes. 350 psi working pressure rating. For special applications, TRIM TYTON Fittings can be furnished with special coatings and/or linings.

Grooved Ductile Iron Pipe is manufactured for air, water, sewage, oil, and other liquids where owners, specifiers, and contractors express a preference in lieu of flanged fabrication. The joint employs shoulders or grooves fabricated to the pipe to be used in conjunction with a segmented mechanical coupling. The joint may be designed to be fabricated as rigid or flexible to meet installation requirements. For added flexibility, pipe may be ordered with one end grooved and the other furnished with a wide range of end connections to accommodate particular design requirements.

U.S. Pipe Fabrication offers welded outlets in a wide variety of configurations and sizes. They are similar in function to some fittings, but are available in a much wider selection of branch to parent pipe diameter, branch pipe location, and outlet configuration. Also, lead times for welded outlets are typically much shorter.
