Ceramic Sensor Technology
Common components of our ceramic sensor elements for temperatures, gases and flows are ceramic carrier substrate (Al2O3) with a micro-structured platinum thin-film layer, covered with a passivation layer, connection leads / SMD-contacts, specific locking-layers, as well as for MOX gas sensor elements 1-3 gas-sensitive metal-oxide(MOX) layer/s. Mostly adequate structural design, design elements and materials of our ceramic temperature and gas sensor elements allow their mostly adequate technological processing, using unified production facilities.
Gas Leak Detector for Hydrogen (H2)
Handheld gas leak detector for the selective detection of hydrogen (H2). Specific metal-oxide(MOX)-semiconductor gas sensor element (GGS 1000 and GGS 6000 series). Flex arm between device and sensor head (length 300 mm / standard). Display of the detected H2-concentration value from the lower ppm-range up to the LEL 4 Vol% H2 (LEL... Lower Explosive Limit). Automatic switching of detection range. Additional linear, cumulative display of the level of the detected concentration values up to 10000 ppm / 1 Vol% by bar graph (20 steps/ segments, from left to right) on LCD. Display of reached or exceeded concentration threshold values (≥ 10 ppm, ≥ 100 ppm, ≥ 1000 ppm and ≥ 1 Vol%) by LED. Concentration-dependent increasing intermittent acoustic signal tone (can be switched off); continuous tone ≥ LEL 4 Vol% H2 (cannot be switched off). Automatic zero setting on air after switch on. Suppression of background concentrations up to 250 ppm by SET-key.

Gas Leak Detector
Handheld gas leak detector with suction pump for the selective detection of carbon dioxide (CO2). Patented photo-acoustic gas measurement method (Patent: DE 19957364 B4). Microprocessor controlled device. Display range from 100 ppm up to 100 Vol% CO2 (value, bar graph). Additional display of the thresholds from 0 Vol% up to 100 Vol% by LED. “Set” key for resetting the indicated concentration. Automatic zero setting and change of the measuring range. Acoustic signal depending on concentration (can be switched off). Separate charger for recharging of builtin rechargeable batteries.
