Model PE-PP - Rigid and Film Recycling Lines
Rigid and Film Recycling Lines are used for recycling Polyethylene (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) scrap plastics. These are the widely used recycling lines in plastic recycling industry as they are suitable for recycling contaminated waste in film and rigid form.

Model CRT - Extruder Densifier
CRT Extruder Densifier is the state of art technology among plastic granulating systems. Simple operation, intelligent control system and automatic operation leads to minimum operator requirement and cost benefit. All forms (flakes, foam, fluff) of LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS can be granulated by CRT Extruder Densifier. Plastics consisting up to 7% residual humidity can be granulated thanks to the integrated automatic Densifier system.
Model CRT - Extruder Shredder
CRT Extruder Shredder is the state of art technology of Shredding and Granulating of industrial waste plastics. Simple operation, intelligent control system and automatic operation leads to minimum operator requirement and cost benefit. All forms (lumps, rolls, loose film, baled film etc.) of LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS can be granulated by CRT Extruder Densifier. Industrial wastes, which must be shred before Extrusion, are granulated at a single step by a single machine thanks to the integrated automatic Shredding system.
Size Reduction Systems - Single Shaft Shredders
Model Eco Type - Single Rotor Shredder
Eco Type Shredders are especially designed for shredder post-industrial scrap and lumps. They are used for size reduction of plastic waste, cardboard, paper, textile, chipboard scrap. As per its operation principle Shredder is not affected by thickness, hardness, and density of scrap to be shred. Scrap is pushed onto the rotor by hydraulic powered inclined pusher. By pushing the scrap onto the rotating blades increase the throughput.
Model R Type - Single Shaft Shredder
R Type Shredders are designed for shredding post-industrial, post-consumer and agricultural plastic scraps. They are used for size reduction of plastic waste such as pipes, lumps, crates, film rolls, film bales, woven bags and also cardboard, paper, textile, chipboard scrap. As per its operation principle Shredder is not affected by thickness, hardness, and density of scrap to be shred. Scrap to be shred is pushed onto the rotor by hydraulic powered pusher. By pushing the scrap onto the rotating blades increase the throughput. Improved pusher which has larger pressing surface is especially designed for shredding rigid and hollow body plastics.
Model S Type - Single Shaft Shredder
S Type Shredders are designed for shredding post-industrial, post-consumer and agricultural plastic scraps. They are used for size reduction of plastic waste such as pipes, lumps, crates, film rolls, film bales, woven bags and also cardboard, paper, textile scrap. As per its operation principle Shredder is not affected by thickness, hardness, and density of scrap to be shred. Scrap to be shred is pushed onto the rotor by hydraulic powered pusher. By pushing the scrap onto the rotating blades increase the throughput. Inclined shredding chamber and swing type ram are designed especially for shredding scrap with low bulk density.
Washing and Dewatering Systems
Film Dewatering Machine
Film Dewatering Machines are used for dewatering wet film (flexible) plastics by mechanical squeezing method. Residual moisture is between 4 – 8% according to thickness and type of film. Film Dewatering Machine is not affected by fluctuation of material flow from the washing lines thanks to the innovated screw design.
Turbo Washing Centrifuges
Turbo Washing Centrifuges are used for washing contaminated plastic waste with water under high speed and clean plastics intensively by friction occured by the special rotor design. High capacity for both film and rigid plastics by innovated rotor design. Maintenance period is minimized due to easy access to screen and rotor. Turbo Washing Centrifuges can be made of AISI 304 stainless steel or Carbon Steel.
