The coating machine mainly realizes the following functions: code scanning of battery cells, code scanning of NG cache, automatic loading and unloading of battery cells, loading and hot melting of Mylar films, loading and hot melting of bottom support pieces, hot melting of cell coating and long and short sides, applying L glue on the bottom, glue application testing, CCD hot melt testing, NG cache, information binding and uploading (MES system), etc.

The system incorporates various components including a laser marker, automatic oiling and riveting equipment, a laser generator, welding head, six-axis robot, automatic detection line, visual code reading system, cold water system, welding monitoring system, smoke purification device, electrical control system, laser protection room, 2-axis position fixture, and high-resolution camera. The welding station leverages industrial PLC control to ensure precision and consistency. The integrated line production streamlines processes such as marking, oiling, riveting, welding, and testing, significantly boosting productivity. The environmentally-friendly welding process employs an imported smoke purifier to absorb fumes and protect workers' health. Safety is enhanced with fully enclosed welding setups and real-time monitoring of welding quality using a CCD image system. Additionally, the 2-axis positioner enables quick angle adjustments for galvanometer welding, ensuring high welding efficiency. The system is capable of speeds between 60-100mm/s, utilizes the ABB IRB6700-200-2600 robot model, and has a laser power of 4000W. Real-time monitoring and a quick-switch device for fixtures allow for high-speed production, achieving a capacity of 14 seconds per unit.
