In 2009 we were asked to produce a special valve as a replacement with a mandatory face to face dimension given by the existing pipeline and flanges.We realized an out of standard carbon steel valve with Inconel 625 overlay including flanges.It was a 34”900# Desflex ends valve with hydraulic actuator, SPE-DPE seat configuration, metal to metal within a face to face dimension of 1.990 mm (only 88 mm longer than a standard 30”900#).

In 2006 we produced ninety valves as part of the BP Valhall project. They were employed for the injection and gas extraction on the peripheral ring of the well drilling system.The 2.1/16” 5000 psi valves were completely tailor made upon customer’s very special requests and in accordance with API 6A PSL 3G: full duplex, actuated, top entry, SPE-DPE, metal to metal seat sealing, with integral flange on one side and a special thread connection on the other side.We were able to fulfill our customer’s need to have a very compact product.
