VALTRON epoxy adhesives are designed for the annular (ID) slicing process. Unique components are incorporated into product formulations to reduce the amount of stress occurring between the crystalline material and the epoxy. This reduction in stress results in a decrease in the amount of exit chips that occur during slicing. These epoxies are also designed to prevent loading onto the annular saw blade and will eliminate saw marks and increase saw blade life.

These sub-micron-filtered aqueous detergents effectively remove difficult soils such as particles, pitch, wax, fingerprints and hydrocarbon films using ultrasonics, megasonics, spray, or immersion methods.

The VALTRON^® line of high-purity aqueous detergents are formulated for precision cleaning of all components used in the computer hard disk drive (HDD), including base plates, top covers, magnetic media, heads, suspension arms, flex cables, clamps, spacers and other critical components. The VALTRON detergents offer a unique combination of surfactant blends, solvents, builders, and dispersants in formulations that provide excellent sub-micron particle removal and emulsification of hydrocarbon films for a residue-free surface. The detergents are available in acidic, neutral pH and alkaline formulations, as well as non-foaming and low-foaming formulations depending on the cleaning equipment being used.

VALTRON spray detergents offer high productivity and flexibility when used in cabinet or in-line cleaning processes at various spray pressures. Robust removal of heavy soils is accomplished with formulated blends of the highest quality ingredients, offering excellent solvent action, wetability, suspension, and emulsification properties on a wide range of materials. In addition, the VALTRON line of spray detergents includes aqueous solutions that are available in acidic, neutral pH, and alkaline formulations.

VALTRON SP2200 detergent is a high-purity liquid concentrate alkaline detergent formulated with excellent cleaning and rinsability properties. Contamination normally resistant to conventional detergents is easily removed with SP2200 detergent. VALTRON SP2200 detergent exhibits excellent solvent action and effective cleaning, and leaves no organic or inorganic residue after deionized water rinsing. The components in the formulation are completely water soluble.
