The design of the fixed compactor construction from Van Schijndel, type VSAII, stems from years of experience and innovation.

With the VSAIII, we have introduced a unique product onto the market. The VSAIII has originated from an innovative thinking and design process. The VSAIII is one of the few series produced in Europe by Van Schijndel, and forms part of our standard product range.

The SCB1700 combi lifter is suitable for emptying (mini) containers by using a continuous ridge a with hydraulic bucket rim locking device.

The SCB1700-Eurosplit load is suitable for automatically emptying two wheel containers by using two working chairs which are independent of one another. When working independently, the electromechanically coupled chairs are suitable for emptying four wheel containers along the ridge or the folding arms for the DIN and Bammens/Geesink receptor systems with a capacity of between 500-1700 litres.

The Eurocontainer loading device has been designed for emptying 2.500, 5.000 and 7.000 litre wheelie bins according to DIN 30.737 and DIN 30.738 standards (EN12574).

The VSAII with ACB1100 loading device is Van Schijndel B.V.’s latest development. By doing so, Van Schijndel has introduced a unique product onto the market. This is a construction including a loading system designed for emptying archive containers. The fully closed and drop loading mechanism ensures that the containers can be extracted from the eye and emptied in a safe manner within just one minute. This extremely modern loading system is designed for emptying containers by opening electronic or mechanical locking devices.

The VSA-Economy has been developed as an export product, especially for those countries where the current electronic systems encounter a lot of problems when it comes to maintenance and servicing the equipment, along with the availability of these components. By making use of standard components, this process becomes simplified, and any service downtime is kept to a minimum.

With the VSA – ACB Document Shredder  Van Schijndel added a new unique product to its product range. Many years of experience in the field of archive collection led to this unique collection body: ACB Lift that is suited for a spectrum of (archive) containers. With or without electronic locks. Full automatic opening and tilting of container in a closed environment. A large loading capacity because of press mechanism. The VSA – ACB Document Shredder combines all these advantages. A unique body was created by combining a newly developed paper/document shredder with the proven ACB lifter. At various customer service locations the VSA – ACB Document Shredder empties the containers and immediately shreds the documents by means of the shredder.
