Sump-Gard - Vertical Centrifugal Pumps
Sump-Gard - Thermoplastic Vertical Pump
Vanton vertical thermoplastic sump pumps are engineered for dependable handling of corrosive, abrasive, hazardous and toxic process fluids and plant effluents over broad temperature and pH ranges. These rugged pumps are widely used for processing, environmental controls and water/wastewater treatment throughout the chemical, textile, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, semiconductor, electroplating and other manufacturing industries, as well as in utilities and municipal water treatment facilities.
Sump-Gard - Cantilevered Bearingless Pump
The cantilevered, large diameter shaft design of the SGK pump eliminates the need for immersed bearings, providing indefinite dry-run capability and dependable operation. As a result, Vanton SGK cantilevered sump pumps are specified for applications in which brief or long-term stoppage of fluid flow may occur, as well as for applications in which regulations prohibit draining tanks from the bottom.
Sump-Gard - Cantilevered Shaft Pump
In addition to handling acidic and alkaline fluids with zero corrosion, and abrasive fluids with little or no wear, Vanton SG and SGK thermoplastic pumps can be equipped with Vortex Pump Heads to handle a wide range of slurries containing stringy materials or solids to 2 in. (51 mm) in diameter. SGV Vortex Pump Heads feature recessed, dynamically balanced clog-free impellers, with all fluid-contact components injection molded or fabricated of solid, chemically inert, abrasion-resistant thermoplastics including polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Performance of SGV pump heads is dependant on the pump model and the characteristics of the fluid being pumped.
Sump-Gard - Vertical Centrifugal Pumps
All standard SUMP-GARD® vertical centrifugal pump models detailed on SUMP-GARD product pages can be modified or fully engineered to satisfy the specific performance and dimensional parameters of your specialized OEM applications:
Chem-Gard- Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
Chem-Gard - Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
Vanton CHEM-GARD® thermoplastic heavy-duty pumps are designed and constructed to maximize the unique properties of solid, homogeneous, chemically inert thermoplastics. Engineered to efficiently and safely handle corrosive, abrasive, and other aggressive fluids, Vanton pumps are also ideally suited to handle deionized and ultrapure water, pharmaceuticals, reagent grade chemicals and any fluid that must remain free from metallic contamination. Mechanical seals are reverse mounted to assure no metal-to-fluid contact.
Chem-Gard - Thermoplastic Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
CHEM-GARD CGA thermoplastic pumps with end suction, centerline discharge and back pullout construction, combine the award winning wide-open power frame of Vanton`s CHEM-GARD® line of thermoplastic pumps with the standard dimensional characteristics embodied in ANSI specification B73.1. They are fully interchangeable with all other pumps manufactured to this specification without disturbing piping, base plate, foundation, driver or coupling. At the same time, they incorporate thermoplastic construction that will eliminate chemical attack and minimize abrasive wear.
Chem-Gard - Magnetic Driven Sealless Centrifugal Thermoplastic Pumps
Vanton CHEM-GARD CGM magnetically driven end suction process pumps are sealless, single stage, volute type centrifugals that conform to Hydraulic Institute Standards. All fluid contact parts are molded of solid polypropylene (PP) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), which are chemically inert and abrasion resistant. As a result CGM pumps eliminate corrosion associated with metal pumps, wicking and contamination associated with fiberglass pumps, and porosity/delamination associated with plastic lined metal pumps. High performance, permanent, rare-earth magnets transmit power, with the inner magnet rotor assembly isolated from the pumped fluid by a thick-walled PP or PVDF encapsulation. A non-metallic containment can assembly reduces losses in magnetic force and pump efficiency by eliminating troublesome eddy currents.
Chem-Gard - Thermoplastic Close-Coupled Magnetic Driven Sealless Centrifugal Pumps
Corrosion-free and contamination-free handling of acids, caustics and ultra-pure liquids with zero emissions in a compact size.

Flex-I-Liner - Self-Priming Peristaltic Pumps
Vanton FLEX-I-LINER peristaltic type rotary pumps transfer, sample or meter acids, caustics, solvents, salts, chlorides and reagent grade chemicals — even viscous fluids and slurries containing soft solids and abrasives. Only two non-metallic parts contact fluid — the rugged thermoplastic body block and durable, replaceable elastomeric flexible liner. This easy-to-service construction keeps maintenance and downtime low.
