Membranes in any membrane separation system are the heart of the plant and the process. The performance of an RO / UF membrane can be impaired by impurities that foul the membrane suface during operation. These foulants/impurities can foul the membrane and cause loss in production of clean water and hence reduce overall plant efficiency.

Chlorine dioxide is one of the fastest growing Chlorine alternatives in water treatment solutions. This technology offers the benefits of effectiveness at high pH, being unaffected by ammonia, and demonstrating significant advantages over Chlorine in systems susceptible to high levels of organic contaminants. Because Chlorine dioxide is a selective oxidizer, its ability to control microorganisms in water at very low dosages makes it an especially cost effective solution.

Service Temperature upto 175°C [200oC Peak], Meets CS-1, CS-3 and CS-4 in NACE SPO 198-10 for corrosion under insulation. For Carbon Steel application, Resistant to thermal cyclic shocks, Can be applied directly to hot surfaces upto 148oC, Single coat system, UV stable.
