Vatan polymer fillers (vatpol) are used for filling purposes with PE,PP and HDPE-based raw materials. Carrier can be LDPE, LLDPE and PP. They are controlled by the gravimetric and volimetric dosage system. Capacity of our lines is 150.000 tonnes per annum.

It is used as internal and external slider in polyolefin. It ensures film surfaces to slide on each other and facilitates the opening of the layers. It provides operation opportunity in much lower temperatures with much higher efficiency thanks to its internal slider characteristics.

Vatan Plastics has been providing servicer for a long period to chemistry industry with high performance products which we have developed in our chemistry department. DOTP-based V200 Phthalate Free Plasticizers produced by advanced technology in our chemistry factory has been used by cable, artificial leather, granule, hose, membrane filter and similar PVC producers since 2011. Even though it is used less commonly compared to the other plasticizers, pre and post aging expansion and breaking strength figures are significantly high.
