The BG-S series is recognized as a high performance control valve in the oil, gas, power, and process industries, all the while boasting easy, quick, and economical maintenance. In contrast with other control valves operated by spring-diaphragm actuators, the BG-S is operated by a double acting spring-cylinder actuator that takes advantage of its high pneumatic stiffness, which in turn ensures excellent and accurate positioning during throttling as well as fast and reliable response to changes in the control signal. As the actuator operates with an air supply pressure of up to 12 Bar, the BG-S provides the required force to ensure that the specified shutoff class, even under high differential pressures, is achieved.

The BG-H valve is the BG-S valve version for high pressure applications, and it has incorporated the main technical characteristics of the BG-S such as, high performance, easy maintenance and versatility have been adopted. In addition, its oversized components sturdiness, as for example, the plug stem, and the use of special packings to prevent fugitive emissions (supplied as standard items), contribute to reliable operation of these valves in extremely critical industrial applications.

Without dispensing with the state-of-the-art technology of the BR-B valve, from which it uses the smart solutions as, concave disc with optimized geometry in order to assure high flow rate capacity, self-centering seat ring with soft or metal sealing, and disc stop on the body in order to avoid excess rotation, the BR-B2 Double Offset and the BR-B3 Triple Eccentric lines have been developed to meet industrial application needs at pressure classes ANSI 150 and 300 that can be served by a more standardized eccentric disc valve, with reduced cost and fast delivery, capable to achieve reference performance levels.

The BR-EC eccentric rotary plug control valve is versatile, with excellent cost-benefit ratio and can be used in most applications involving low and medium pressures, particularly where a high flow rate is required.

The SonicDark Cavitation Resistant Trim is designed to destroy the energy in the liquid/vapor mixture by arranging jets of liquid to hit each other. The diametrically opposed holes guide the liquid flow to the center of the cage so that it does not impinge upon the metal trim components. This cage can also be designed specifically for noise reduction in the valve by separating the fluid into a calculated number of small jets.
