Surface & Heat Treatment Services
Our Facilities: Painting : 17,5 m x 35 m x 5 m. Sand & grit blasting : 8 m x 35 m x 5 m. Thermal spray :6 m x 35 m x 5 m. Heat treatment :5 m x 15 m x 5 m (extendable for larger workpieces). Max. PWHT temperature :800 ˚C.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT/ NDE) Services
Our quality department monitors carefully the production process. We execute and follow up our in-house non-destructive testing such as : Radiographic Testing (RT : X-ray / Gamma). Magnetic Testing (MT). Penetrant Testing (PT). Ultrasonic Testing (UT). Positive Material Identification Analysis. Hardness Testing. Ferrite Measurements. Thickness Measurements.
