This compact check weigher has been developed for checking the weight of vegetables and other products. This basic model (the C-220) is suitable for products up to 1,000 grams and can carry up to 80 weighings per minute! All VegSmart checkweigher systems have a Siemens PLC and top quality load cell from HBM (D), but are nevertheless very affordable! Everything can be set easily on the clear touchscreen. Different ejection systems are possible for all types. Single arm, double arm (too light or too heavy), blower nozzles and pneumatic air cylinders. Optionally a metal detector can be placed in front of it.

The VegSmart C-320 is a mid-range control weigher suitable for many products. A weight class of 10 - 2000 gr. can be checked very quickly. This compact check weigher also consists of 2 parts: the weighing part and an ejection part. Here, too, a choice can be made between different ejection systems. The minimum and maximum weight can be set in the touchscreen. Because of this versatility, this machine can be used virtually anywhere!

The smallest linear weigher of vegSmart has 8 weighing places side by side or 4 around 4 opposite each other. All weighing positions are equipped with very reliable load cells and are controlled by a clear touchscreen for all institutions.

This compact (stainless steel) linear scale has been developed for sorting and combining fixed weights with various numbers in a package. The VegSort LC-12 is a very affordable, compact and portable solution for manual weighing, in which the excess weight is minimized by finding the optimal weight combination.

VegSmart multihead weighers come in many types: 10 head, 14 head, 16 head, 20 head and 24 head! So for all individual products there is a correct version. Equipped with the load cell containers of 0.5 / 1.0 or 1.6 ltr the VegSmart is perfect for small loose food and non-food applications such as nuts, fruits, sweets, small vegetables, animal feed and also metal and plastic parts. The range runs from 10 to 1000 grams the maximum speed is 65 charges per minute for the 10 head version. With the 24 head version this can be up to 160 batches per minute! All larger parts are made entirely of stainless steel with plastic hinges and connections. These can also be disassembled without tools, so cleaning is easy and can also be done with water. Everything can be set from a large touch screen on which everything can be viewed easily and clearly. It is also adjustable in many languages.

The multihead weighers with 2.5 ltr content are available in 10, 14 and 20 head versions. The larger containers ensure that larger products can be weighed and can be delivered at the correct weight with little loss. The number of batches per minute is 35 for the 10 head to 65 for the 20 head version. This is widely used for chips, bakery products, fruits, etc.
