Velocity Dynamic - Dry Polymer Preparation Systems
Polymer-particle wetting is the first step in optimizing hydration and activation of dry polymer. With this in mind, we developed systems that disperse and atomize the dry polymer before introducing it into the wetting chamber. This approach minimizes the time it takes for hydration and limits the potential for shear damage from extended exposure to mechanical mixing. The ProBatch™ direct wetting bowl technology is recommended for applications up to 5#/hour of dry polymer. The HydraMax™ shower type wetting technology is recommended for applications up to 2000# per hour.

VeloDyne - Silo Systems
VeloDyne is a leading silo manufacturer producing both single and two piece silo systems in industrial and municipal applications. This includes but no limited to soda ash silos, PAC silos, and lime silos. Our two piece silo system design provides a solution which allows for equipment to be installed and tested upright in-house without delays in a “weather-free” environment. This silo design reduces start up time and installation labor involved in running wire, conduit, and piping inside the equipment room. During installation of the silo feeding system equipment room, all piping and conduit are ran under the floor grating, against the silo wall, or overhead on the feeder bridge to reduce trip hazards for operators leaving the feed storage silo spacious and organized for operation. Concave mix tanks are provided also maximizing the operation space inside the control area.
VeloDyne - Containerized Systems
Our containerized systems provide an excellent structure to house the majority of our chemical feed systems to allow for remote or mobile applications. Each are custom designed to house dry polymer feeders, liquid polymer systems, bulk bag discharging, and material conveyance. Our units are customized to work as stand-alone bulk handling process stations or integrated with existing structures. Containerized systems are suited for material process plant expansion where space is a premium or for mining/drilling sites where mobility is key. All material feed system components and controls are installed and tested at our plant so we can be fully operational within 24 hours of delivering to the jobsite.
