Installers will move on-site, whether you are in France or abroad. The added value in this lies in the fact that we train our customers to work the machines for greater autonomy and responsiveness in case of problems. The training takes place after the installation of the machine, at the start-up. The technician is responsible for introducing the machine to the clients, including its operation and use of the software. The content of the training suits the customer’s needs and can last one day to two days.
