The Drums are driven by Air Motor. The Skimmer vessel is provided with lifting 4 points to assist placing at convenient place. Fractional hp dc motor to 25w apprx, driven through 3 phase, 415 VAC, 50 Hz. Pressurized air is supplied through pneumatic hoses from compressor on shore. Special scraping Wipers wipes away the oil and the oil is directed to the collection tank on the vessel. The bottom of the tank is connected to Oil suck back hoses through which oil is transferred to the vacuum chambers on the shore. The vessel is also fitted with plastic balls to assist buoyancy and keeps the assembly floating.

Comes with a special polymer belt with smooth surface to 2" width x 0. 6 m length (or as required by the application) facilitating adhesion of floating oil in the tank to its surface on either side and mounted on a drum & designed to skim 5 liters/hr max of oil.

Special Polymer Belt with smooth surface for facilitating adhesion of floating oil in the tank to its surface on either side and mounted on a drum & designed to skim minimum of 5 l/hr oil. Rotating Drum with knurled surface to impart low speed to the belt. Wiper Assembly with wipers made of Teflon to wipe off the oil adhering to the surface of the disc on either side. Mechanism at the bottom loop of the belt to provide enough tension to the belt while in rotation.

Rotating drum with knurled surface to impart low speed to the belt. Wiper assembly with wipers made of teflon to wipe off the oil adhering to the surface of the disc on either side. Weight placed at the bottom loop of the belt to provide enough tension to the belt while in rotation. Can be supplied with single or multiple belts.

Fine polished disc made of SS 304 to diameters 300 or 350 or 400 mm facilitating adhesion of floating oil in the tank to its surface on either side & designed to skim 5 liters/ hr max of oil. Two stage worm gear box to impart low speed to the disc. 1/4hp motor, 3 phase, 415v+/-5% vac, 50 hz, 1440 rpm coupled to the gear box and from reputed make such as kirloskar, bharat bijlee cg, siemens etc. Location block assembly connecting the above to the tank Wiper assembly with wipers made of teflon to wipe off the oil adhering to the surface of the disc on either side.

Fine polished discs made of Oleophilic polymer to diameters 300 or 350 or 400 mm facilitating adhesion of floating oil in the tank to its surface on either side & designed to skim 20,000 liters/ hr max of oil. Two stage worm gear box to impart speed to the disc. The entire setup is mounted on a float which allows the discs to freely float on liquid surface. This setup allows the skimmer to cover large area such as in large tanks, lakes, oceans etc.
