The Geovent hose reels are very suitable for the extraction of vehicle exhaust fumes but can also be used with welding fumes and other applications. One clear advantage of the hose reel is that there is always a hose available for the operator without having to struggle with uncoiled hoses on the floor.

The Geovent Fume Extraction arm is used for all types of spot extraction jobs, such as the extraction of welding fumes, oil mists, vapours and dust. The Wing Arm comes with internal carrying arms with 3 stable, self-adjusting links, which keep the arm in the required position for the duration it is required.

The Geovent Hood with magnet is 160mm at the connection. The hood is made of rolled aluminium which is powder coated and fitted with a magnet so it is held in place when welding, grinding or using a blowtorch. The hood has an integrated handle on the edge of the hood and weighs 1.7kg. Payment accepted by bank transfer or credit card.

Geovent’s Telescopic compact arm is the ideal extraction solution for more restricted working places with low ceilings e.g. welding booths. The telescopic arm has the perfect balance between the suction capacity of larger arm and the easy and trouble-free manoeuvering of smaller arm. When not in use, it is simply pushed up out of the way, taking up only very limited space.

Geovent’s Portable Fan is suitable for the safe extraction of welding fumes and other low toxic fumes from applications in areas where a fixed ventilation system cannot be installed. It can be used for the extraction from – or an air supply unit for – cargo areas, containers, etc. The weight of this Geovent PM-180-1 fan is only 19.3 kg making it portable allowing it to be quickly moved into different locations giving the welder far more operational flexibility. The fan is made of galvanized sheet metal with epoxy coated carrying bracket. All screws and bolts are electroplated.

Geovent Plastic Fans are made from acid proof plastic, designed for extraction of gases and fumes from highly corrosive processes, e.g. lab fume hoods, battery rooms, washers and chemical processes. The fans are cast in polypropylene/polyethylene which provides maximum protection against acid and corrosion. The wheel is cast in polypropylene with backward curved blades. The motor console is made of powder coated sheet metal and nuts and bolts are in stainless steel. The fans are available in type RPV, LPV and MPV. Air Flows from 50-6.750 m³/h and 10-1.700 Pa static pressure.

Geovent W3 Filter Unit is a W3 approved mobile extractor for extraction and filtration of fumes, vapors, dust and gases. It is a complete unit which includes: – 3m (160mm) extraction arm – 4 step filter (G4, F5, F9 & active carbon) – 1,1kw 1x230V fan (Qmax: 2.500m³/h) The arm is supplied ready for mounting (360° turnable), on a robust powder coated sheet metal cabinet with rubber wheels. The polluted air is extracted and led into the filter unit by the extraction arm. The particles or gases are extracted from the airflow during a filtering procedure consisting of several stages and the cleaned air returns to the working space. It is suitable for welding processes and soldering jobs.

The Geovent GFO Oil Mist filter has a higher airflow (1,200 m³/h) and a higher filtration efficiency (99.9% at 0.3µm) than traditional oil mist filters. The installation is easily undertaken by a snap lock system. The GFO is a filter for the effective filtration of extracted air from processes such as CNC lathes, mills and drilling machines.
