Ventac acoustic enclosures are designed to surround noisy equipment that contributes unwanted noise to their environments. Our solutions form a noise reducing barrier to enclose equipment such as generators, CHPs, chillers, condensers, duct wraps, fans and other manufacturing processes. We provide both rigid and flexible solutions that can offer up to 50dB reductions in certain applications.

Ventac acoustic screens are designed to tackle noise emitted from sources such as cooling towers, condensing units, pumping stations, motors, compressors, plant equipment, workstations and other noise sensitive areas. Our screens are designed specifically to the problem and offer a more aesthetically pleasing acoustic barrier within their applications.

Reverberation is a key issue on factory floors. Ventac can specify a large range of baffles, splitters, ceiling tiles and acoustic panels that considerably improve the overall noise quality of in-plant applications, while also addressing key occupational and environmental noise control strategies.

Attenuators are designed to reduce the amount of noise travelling along an air-path. Applications generally include refrigeration units, cooling towers, plant rooms, processing plants, generators ducted units and rooftop ventilation units. Ventac also supplies alternative solutions such as Crosstalk Attenuators that reduce the transfer of airborne noise from room to room and Packless Attenuators for cleanroom environments where the acoustic fibre infill is removed due to the demands of the application environment.

Acoustic louvres absorb noise to reduce sound transmission, while also providing adequate airflow from buildings and achieving the required acoustic performance. Applications tend to include machinery rooms, refrigeration units, and cooling towers and are generally more aesthetically pleasing. Industrial vehicles with glass cabs are especially prone to high levels of reverberant noise . The high level of visibility required on these vehicles means large sheets of glass used. Unsurprisingly this will reflect the noise from the engine and hydraulics back and forth within the cab magnifying the noise. In addition to this, the panes of glass can resonate the structure borne noise and produce a standing wave within the cab space that peaks just at the operators head. All this means it is essential to introduce sound absorption into the cab interior wherever possible.
