VentilAQUA Blue - Discontinuous (Batch) Operating Wastewater Treatment Plant
The VAMED unit is a discontinuous (batch) operating waste water treatment plant, according to the precipitation flocculation principle, with a filtration system for water clarification, based on a low pressure bag filtration process. It has all the chemical reaction components, including the chemical agents dosing units, liquid or powder based, the automatic reaction pH control, stirred reaction vessel, etc. The sludge produced on the reaction vessel, is automatically discharged through a pneumatic pump into a low pressure filter bag structure for dewatering, solids beeing retained inside the bags, while the claried water is sent to a final carbon activated filter unit. It´s a complete chemical waste water treatment unit, combined with a low pressure lter bag sludge filtration, all pre-assembled on a compact structure.
VentilAQUA Blue - Continuous Operating Wastewater Treatment Plant
Continuous operating wastewater treatment plant based on the precipitation flocculation principle combined with a DAF-based flotation system for water clarification on industries like Chemicals, Detergents, Automotive or Vegetable Processing. VAMEF includes all the chemical reaction components, such as chemical agents dosing units, automatic reaction pH control, and stirred reaction vessel. The flotation unit has all the standard components. VAMEF models come in two basic principles, circular flotation reactor, which carries a circular central engine scraping arm, and a more traditional shape, with a rectangular flotation chamber which carries a come-and-go chain scraping bridge, for the larger models, such as the R ones.
VentilAQUA BLUE - Electrocoagulation Unit
Electrocoagulation Technology is an electro-chemical process that removes suspended, emulsified or dissolved contaminants from water by using an electrical current instead of expensive chemical reagents. It utilizes a direct current to cause a split off or free metal ions into the liquid medium from sacrificial anodes and cathodes, that will remove undesirable contaminants either by chemical reaction and precipitation or by causing colloidal materials to coalesce and then be removed by electrolytic flotation. The most common plate materials are iron and aluminum. These metal ions tend to form metal oxides that electro-chemically attract to the contaminants that have been destabilized, producing insoluble oxides and hydroxides - floc - that are easily separated from the clear water.
VentilAQUA - Dissolved OZONE Flotation Process System
Based on our deep knowledge and expertise on ozone benefits, reactions, and control, we developed the new VADOF system. This technology is an Ozone Dissolved flotation which couples all DAF advantages with ozone reaction. The system alone allows for huge cost reductions in the cleaning of highly contaminated effluents, in the removal of difficult recalcitrant molecules, and even in the separation of the final sludge with combined strong oxidation and water disinfection. VentilAQUA WHITE - Cold Chemical Inactivation/Disinfection Unit
Cold chemical inactivation/disinfection through pH change. Can use diferent acid solutions and caustic soda. Equipped with 2 tanks, for simultaneous buffering and treatment operations. Allows feeding from small jerry cans also, into buffer tank (with optional drum and container pump). Unit equipped with high pressure washing nozzles for end of cycle automatic cleanup.

Continuous operating chemical wastewater treatment unit that follows the precipitation flocculation principle combined with a settling device for water clarification, based on a lamella sedimentation process. The settled sludge is automatically discharged by a pneumatic actuated valve or pump, with time control. This completely chemical process comes all pre-assembled on a compact structure.
