CoDiS - RM Permanent Rotor Monitoring
CoDiS RM, Rotor monitoring unit, is wireless diagnostic monitoring of quantities measured directly on the rotor of hydro generator. This is unique solution for monitoring of rotor quantities using wireless technology to autonomously acquire and analyze data in rotation. CoDiS RM is used to monitor Temperature of rotor pole windings, excitation current and voltage, magnetic field and even air gap (used to obtain the real stator geometry by using only one sensor). System continuously records data of all signals measured on rotary part of power generator and through wireless communication is sending the data to server for permanent database storage. CoDiS RM is used to obtain rotor thermal map measured directly on rotor pole windings.
CoDiS - TR Permanent Transient Monitoring System
CoDiS TR - Transient recorder, continuously acquires all the significant signals for behavior monitoring of the target object when transient in the electrical signals (generator currents) occurs. CoDiS TR records waveforms of all measured data (electrical and mechanical signals can be included) for a programmed period of time with pre triggering of 1 s. Recording is triggered by fast changes in generator currents or power grid currents. In addition, all significant signals monitored in vector diagnostic monitoring can be in parallel monitored in transient monitoring. Off line analysis are included as part of diagnostic tools used to detect the nature or the source of created event (Spectrum, power analysis, vibrations analysis caused by electrical faults etc.).CoDiS - RT Vibration And Overspeed Safety System
CoDiS RT is operating on reconfigurable I/O National Instruments CompactRIO FPGA technology as an executive unit. It is a high priority level system used for continuous data acquisition, on-line data analysis and safety functions. System is responsible for Analog input, digital or relay output, analog output (voltage or current) and is time synchronized using SNTP time synchronization protocol via Ethernet. Communication and data exchange are based on standard industrial protocols such as Modbus or Profibus.
