VH MFG., Inc., is the manufacturer of Polytin™ which is a plastic corn head replacement for existing steel inner and outer gathers for all makes of corn and bean heads. We are also a custom manufacturer of plastic and steel components; manufacturing a wide variety of agricultural-related products. Some of our manufacturing capabilities include plastic CNC router, CNC machines, NC band saw, shears, brake presses, welding machines, screw machines, lasers, roto-molding, injection molding, and thermal molding.

VH MFG., Inc., was started in 2003 by Jeremy Van’t Hul, focusing his efforts on serving the farming community with quality aftermarket parts at a competitive price. Before owning VH MFG., Inc., Jeremy farmed in his younger years and was a design engineer for eight years for an agricultural manufacturing company.

How we do it:

VH MFG, Inc. is a small company located in Northwest Iowa. Being located in a small community gives us an economical work force with old fashioned work ethics. The owner of VH MFG, Inc. is directly involved in all aspects of the business:

Engineering - Being an engineer himself, he is able to monitor every concept and design to ensure our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, no design is complete until the customer has approved it.

Purchasing - Ensuring the materials needed are available for every job being done as
economically as possible.

Production Department - Staying on top of safety, quality control and on time production. Shipping Manager - Maintaining on time delivery of the product in the most cost effective way possible. Sales Department - Making sure our customer receives the best service and reasonable pricing possible for every order, big or small.
