Viron - Model VHS Series - Horizontal Scrubber
Viron International`s Horizontal Scrubber has been used within the Municipal, Industrial, and Metal Finishing markets since 1971. The crossflow design utilizes horizontal space over vertical space. The VHS Series is suited for inside installation along with outside and rooftop installation. The low profile design makes the VHS Series Scrubber systems “maintenance friendly” over conventional vertical units. Viron International offer systems from 500-100,000 cfm.
Viron - Model VBS Series - PVC Blower Scrubber
The VBS Series combines a vertical scrubber with Viron® International‘s VCB Series Fan to offer the marketplace a lower cost alternative to the standard scrubber – fan-duct layout for lower cfm applications. Standard sizes range from 500 cfm to 15,000 cfm. The VBS Series is available in a variety of substrates including PVC (PolyVinylChloride), PP (PolyPropylene), FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), Dual-Laminate and various Metals. The VBS Series is available with either a remote recirculation system or self-contained recirculation system. Standard features include: access doors, packing cleanout doors, removable spray headers, packing, recirculation pump(s), drain, mist eliminator, TEFC motors along with optional equipment to best serve your particular application. The proven technology of the VBS Series has made it the product of choice in a variety of applications in all markets served by Viron® International Corporation.
VIR-TI-CAL Scrubber
The VIRON VIR-TI-CAL Scrubber is used in many industrial applications. Its uses include the cleaning of fumes from plating, anodizing, steel pickling, WWTP, printed circuit board plating, standard packing depth will range from 12` to 180`. above the highest point of liquid. The sump pump`s inherent design prevents any scrubber liquid from spilling on the floor. Viron International Corporation VPB Series Fans are available in push and exhaust design. The VPB Series Fans are available in three (3) standard sizes with 6”, 8” and 10” wheel diameter allowing our VPB Fans to produce air volumes from 279-3624 CFM.The solid fiberglass wheel is a radial design that allows for efficient, low cost operation to move odorous-corrosive air within Municipal-Industrial-Metal Finishing applications.
