When solid particles and dry emission, enter the spiral chamber of the Dry Vortex, it is accelerated and twirled into very high to achieve symmetric higher velocities closer to the inner wall. As a result, the dust particles are distributed homogeneously over the cross-section and particle move faster from central part of the cross-section to the wall area. This effect increases the cleaning efficiency of the Dry Vortex by an order of magnitude comparing to traditional Cyclones.

Vortex uses centrifugal forces created by spinning liquid streaming to separate particles from a liquid in a cost effective manner. Creates high forces inside the chamber which enables to build a small size high efficient unit comparing to conventional hydro-cyclones. Cleaned scrubbing water can often be reused. A single AHVC can be used for flows from 5m3/h to 30m3/h. Batteries of AHVC filters can be cascaded for higher capacities.
