New to the market, the VORTEX EASYDREDGE has been developed with direct input from several key customers and has been designed to simplify and maximize diver bottom time by allowing the diver to grab the suction nozzle, pull the pre-installed hose off the rack and begin working.

The VORTEX 2 1/2 inch dredging system carries the same patent pending technology as our larger range of dredges making this the most powerful 2.5" inch ROV and diver dredge in the world. Operator safety has been considered with use of large, yellow name tags on all high pressure fittings and minimal component weightand comprehensive manuals. Our environmental concerns are addressed through high efficiency, low energy demand hydraulic system negating the need for external compensator’s. Our client’s have been considered with the most complete dredge system available on the market today.

The VORTEX 3-inch carries the same patent pending technology as our 4-inch range of dredges making this the most powerful 3-inch ROV and diver dredge in the world. Smaller ROV not previously able to bid on work with dredge, now have a variety of dredge choices.

Debris removal of at least 22 m3/hr, 50 ton/hr, 10% solids by volume and tested using Magnetite rocks 40 to 100mm diameter.

The most powerful 4-inch ROV and diver dredge in the world, the VORTEX `Tornado` 4-inch dredge is capable of a near perfect vacuum of 97kpa (28in/hg) - which to our knowledge, is unheard of with dredge equipment.

Bernoulli`s principle states that with an increase in the speed of a fluid a decrease in pressure results.  Therefore lower pressure (high suction) = higher water speed.  With 100kpa of pressure drop the patented Vortex T100 TORNADO Venturi has the highest suction on the market and higher water speed than a venturi without the Patented Vortex.  This video shows the incredible effect of the Vortex generated in the venturi. The Vortex which generates this very high suction can be seen traveling through the center and at the end of the clear exhaust hose. Dredge efficiency is about high suction and high water speed working together.
