Can be moved easily in both directions. It is meant & designed to clean a newly erected pipeline before commission. It is specially designed to travel to a max distance without losing sealing with an eye on safety of the newly laid pipeline. The pigs can easily negotiate travel pipes of different diameters without losing their sealing ability. The discs of the pigs are designed to ensure sealing ability thought-out its running length in both directions. We offer BIDI pigs of sizes varying from 3” – 72” of different pipe schedule.

Generally made out of LDPE, they fit on the OD of the pipe. They are available in standard sizes to suit the pipe standard ANSI 36.10 (1/2" to 100"). Bigger sizes can also be made to order. Caps are used for preventing ingress of foreign particles during maintenance, transportation or in store. Available in MOC - LDPE, vinyl, aluminium, FRP, rubber, plywood.

They fit on the ID of the pipe and are used for preventing deposition of particles on the ID of the pipe as well as to prevent damage to the edges of the pipe. Available in sizes ½” to 60”. Available in MOC – LDPE, vinyl, FRP, rubber and aluminium.

PCD Fitting Four Legged Type : The four leg type is the most common type of flange end protector. It fixes itself firmly in the PCD holes of the flanges & the main body of the cap protects the serrated surface of the flange.

Total Flange Protector: This type is more encompassing as the total flange is not just limited to the bore or the serrated surface & offers more safety to the flanges. It is used for covering the flanges. It has a snap fit on the flange surface.It is made of MOC - LDPE, vinyl and metal.
