The VSI Waterworks’ PVIF plug valve is a rectangular full port non-lubricated eccentric plug valve with a port area equal to or greater than the nominal valve size. The Series PVIF is engineered from the ground up from its first production to be full port, designed for the best possible flow conditions and manufactured in specific molds for full port only. There are no shared components with the Series PVI standard port version, instead each part of the Series PVIF is designed with performance in mind.

The VSI Waterworks’ PVII plug valve is a round full 100% port valve. Designed for the best flow characteristics possible, the Series PVII plug valves are ideal for modern sewage and sludge applications combined with high efficiency pumps to squeeze the most capacity out of every pipeline. Unlike many plug valves from other valve manufacturers, the Series PVII eccentric plug fully clears the port when open. This results in a valve that is capable of being pigged by even semi-rigid type plugs and has flow coefficients of up to 20% greater than competitor’s full port plug valves.

The VSI Waterworks’ BFI Butterfly Valve is an AWWA butterfly valve, designed to be an economical flow control solution for line sizes of 2” through 30”.

The VSI Waterworks’ BFVI Butterfly Valve is a workhorse for flow control and isolation service in-line sizes from 24” through 144”. The resilient seat is held on the body by corrosion resistant retainers, allowing easy adjustment at every seat interface. The seat is field replaceable on all valves, and in-line replaceable on larger sizes with proper safety precautions. Flow through discs assure minimal pressure drop. A standard ISO 5211 or MSS SP-101 actuator attachment bonnet make automation a painless experience. Valves in this line are designed and constructed to meet and exceed AWWA C504.

The VSI Waterworks’ GVI Gate Valve was designed to be a versatile flow isolation valve for line sizes of 2` to 72`. The gate is fully encapsulated with resilient material to match the line media’s properties, producing a robust valve. The body features a full free open passageway equal to the nominal line size to minimize pumping losses. The simple two moving component construction practically eliminates inadvertent damage. Valves in this line are designed and constructed to meet and exceed both AWWA C509 and AWWA C515.

The VSI Waterworks’ GVII is based off the tried and true metal seated wedge gate valve design, which is available in sizes of 2″ to 72″. The gate features two independent seating surfaces and is fully bi-directional. The body features a full free open passageway equal to the nominal line size to minimize pumping losses. The simple two moving component construction practically eliminates inadvertent damage. Valves in this line are designed and constructed to meet and exceed AWWA C500.

The VSI Waterworks CVI Swing Check Valve was designed for use on water or sewage pumping installations. The valve features heavy iron construction that is fully rebuildable without removing the valve from the line. The entire disc is replaceable simply by removing the sealed cover. Available with air or oil cushion to prevent slam and water hammer as well as limit switches to indicate opening. Valves in this line are designed and constructed to meet and exceed AWWA C508.

The VSI Waterworks’ CVII features a uniquely simple design utilizing no moving parts. The flapper does not rely on a hing pin to swing, instead it simply flexes open. The short travel of the flapper ensures a quick closure before flow can reverse. The fully resilient encapsulated disc inherently seals itself and allows no slam. Available with backflow actuator. Designed per AWWA C508 and available in flanged as well as mechanical joint for direct bury applications.

The VSI Waterworks’ BVI Ball valve features a full bore unobstructed waterway of the lowest possible head loss, resulting in improved pumping efficiency compared to other in-line valves. These valves are ideal for controlling pump start/stop and flow reversal, as well as lines that have slurry media or require full line size pigging. This valve is also recommended for service in extreme velocity applications and mining applications.

VSI offers a wide range of isolation and control industrial service ball valves in sizes ranging from ¼” to 12”.
